The Charter of the Readiness and Homeland Security (RHS) Committees of the New England Region is to provide the leadership, education and the capability to mobilize resources quickly and effectively throughout New England with a focus on the greater Boston, MA; Providence, RI; and Portsmouth, NH areas. We will strive to partner with community, state and Federal emergency management officials and disaster relief organizations to develop and improve plans and capabilities to respond to natural and man-made disasters and emergencies including acts of terrorism
