details:	SAME Boston Post March Skiing and Luncheon Meeting Location: Wachusett Mountain Ski Area - Elm Room, 499 Mountain Road, Princeton, MA. Date - March 9, 2010 Time - For skiers/snowboarders, meet at the Elm Room at 9 am for lift tickets. For lunch only (no skiing/snowboarding), Registration: 1130, Lunch/Meeting: 1200 Lunch Cost - Skiing & Lunch: $50 for Government/Seniors/Young Members, $55 Private Sect, $60 after 2/23/10. *Lunch only:* $30 for Government/Seniors/Young Members, $35 Private Sect., $40 after 2/23/10 Speaker - Jonathan Fitch, General Manager, Princeton Municipal Light Department. Jonathan, a professional engineer and Army officer, will give a presentation on the recent wind farm installation at the summit of Wachusett Mountain. The presentation will focus on the engineering and environmental aspects of completing this project. Princeton, MA is the only municipality in the area to get more than half of it's electricity from renewable sources. More information on this topic can be found at http://www.pmld.com/Home.htm. Skiing Information -Lift tickets are valid for skiing/snowboarding between 9 am - 4 pm. -Ski or Snowboard daily rentals are available for $22. General Information -Lunch will be an Italian buffet served at noon. Food will include: Mixed Green Salad, Minestrone Soup, Chicken Parmesan, Penne Pasta Marinara; Sausage and Meatballs, Garlic and Italian Breads, Assorted Desserts, and Assorted Polar Beverages -The Elm Room features high speed internet, satellite TV, views of the slopes.
